Wayne Meredith, Broker Associate: A fourth generation Gunnison County native, Wayne graduated from Western State College and served in the Marine Corps. In 1976 he married Crested Butte native Tina Kapushion, and they have two daughters, Jodie and Whitney. Wayne has managed the family ranch for many years. Eric Roemer, Broker Associate: A graduate of Penn State University and Columbia University Business School, Eric moved to Crested Butte in 1971 from New York City.
